San Diego: Light traffic all day; the busiest time to leave is around 12 pm, and even then drives take only about 9% longer than at quiet times.
Bay Area: Light traffic all day; the busiest time to leave is around 2:30 pm, and even then drives take only about 10% longer than at quiet times. Richmond to San Jose: about 49 min leaving at 6:30 am, 60 min at 1:30 pm.
